After The Outcasting…

English: Hurricane Isaac

English: Hurricane Isaac (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

We were once close
Till I ran away from you to the beach
To find myself in the sand of sorrows
Where my tent I did pitch

Lying by the beach I cried
Half-wishing I’d dose off
So a midnight tide
Would carry me off

The sea saw my pain deepen
As I poured out my soul to the open
My tears ran for solace in the sea
None can help this unrepentant outcast of the Almighty

Now in the sea, my tears of pain
Became a life-wrecking hurricane
Committing atrocities no less/more than mine
Causing sorrows no less/more than mine

P.S.: You may as well hold me guilty for Hurricane Katrina. That was the first time I neglected God. I repented, but somehow went back to my old ways of rebellion. Then Hurricane Isaac happened the second time I was by the beach.
I plead guilty.
It seemed that even my tears that tried to find peace in the sea fared badly.

Love ? I love love love you.

Introductory note: The Enchanted Writer is sick to the bones, and won’t be writing for a while. He is down with the flu. Some who know him as a medical doctor may be asking why he doesn’t treat himself. I met him last night when he told me he caught the virus whilst worrying over occurrences around him regarding people and love. He had always had his idea of what love was, being raised in the arms of the Creator who knew how to love like heaven.
You kicked me in the side
Told me you were just playing
I winced in pain
Love hurts

You barked loudly in my ear
Told me you were just talking
I shifted with discomfort
Love unnerves

You gripped me by the arms
Told me you were holding me
I fought for ease
Love constricts

/then you upped the game/

You lied to my face
Told me you were protecting me
I bow in shame
Love deceives

You threatened, flared and raged
Told me you were expressing your feelings
I cringe in fear
Love scares

You gave me silent treatment overdose
Told me you were controlling your emotions
I shiver in cold
Love isolates

You hurt my body and soul in a fit of emotions
Told me your love was passionate
I cry in regret
Love burns

I gave my body, soul and life
Told you I loved you
I died in love
Love is sacrifice

Author’s note: I hope my dear Enchanted One does not lose his life until he has found a cure for the lovaster that’s at large!

Word helper: Lovaster –a term derived by standard etymological processes from “love” and “disaster”.

The Days Of The Viper

Viper (Photo credit: Mshai)

We welcome the new baby of the of the Holysnakes
In the hood of the Kindsnakes, Sexsnakes, and Philanthrosnakes
Who were there to hiss their “hearty” cheers
At the family’s enviable progress over theirs

Chapter 1.
By changes over time in the viper nation
In support of the scientific theory of evolution
They have learnt to shed and change human skin
One of them may as well be your next-of-kin

Chapter 2.
The Holysnakes family has prospered in the religious field
In the midst of dogmatic and desperate souls who easily yield
They blend easily and act pious
With an inner nature so hideous

Chapter 3.
They rob the poor souls blind in God’s name
They know every Bible version’s publisher by name
They are subtly hypocritical and overtly critical
Whilst acting holy yet purely demoniacal

Chapter 4.
They slither their ways into gospel crusades
They even participate in relief and disaster aids
Some aspire to cross over to the true light
But their dark nature denies them even a slight bite.

Chapter 5.
They needn’t full moon for their true forms to show
From the depths of their beings their evil souls glow
They now regard themselves to be truly human
And will remain always to the end of man

Epilogue (Matthew 3:7-10):
The man John the Baptist with eyes aflame
From camp True Light sees through their game
Calls to them to come clean or end up burning
Hope to repentant ones, see the defiant scorning

(To be cont…)

if i were

English: Horse shot at Munnar

English: cat and dog Español:gato y perro

If I were a castaway horse stranded outside your ranch
Would you take me into your premium stable-suite
Or would you call the Indian on me
Who would blame you anyway

If I were a stray dog hanging around your gate
Would you let me into your warm house
Or would you call the pound on me
Who would blame you anyway

If I were scruffy kitten being chased by a bulldog
Would you rescue me
Or would you let me be
Who would blame you anyway

If I were an orphaned cockroach scurrying in your kitchen
Would you let me to the dustbin full of fresh leftovers
Or would you call the exterminator on me
Who would blame you anyway

If I were an ant struggling in the spider’s web
Would you take me back to my nest
Or would you watch to see my fate
Who would blame you anyway

P.S.: A human being the worst of all creatures and architect of his own doom
Suffering inside but defiantly feigning bravado outside
Yet You forced your help through to him
Who would not thank You

Yet they despise you!
